Weekly Classes

At Afterglow Studio in The Beaches

Join me throughout the week to move, breathe, and restore. My classes are designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen your connection to self and the universe, and cultivate energetic alignment.

Toronto yoga session with Liv Wellness—practitioner and client reaching arms up to the sky

Weekly Class Schedule:

Tuesdays
Sound & Meditation – 6:40–7:20 PM

A grounding session combining healing sound frequencies, breath, & guided meditation
 

Yin Yoga – 7:30–8:30 PM

A slow, meditative practice focused on long-held postures that gently open the body’s deeper layers

Fridays
Soul Flow – 6:00–7:00 PM
A nourishing blend of slow flow, restorative yoga, yin, breathwork, and meditation

Sundays
Yin & Restore – 12:00-1:00PM
A deeply restful class that I like to infuse with Reiki healing
