I'm not sure what service is best for me. What do you suggest?
Transformational Coaching is my core offering, as it provides the deepest level of support and transformation. However, if you're still uncertain, let's connect on a call to find the best path for you!
Can I combine multiple services in one session?

Deep Transformational Coaching
How do I know if Transformational Coaching is right for me?
If you feel called to dive deeper into personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, this coaching may be for you. Whether you're at a crossroads, sensing a need for change, seeking purpose, or craving a deep spiritual shift, this journey provides the tools and support to guide you. It’s about aligning with your true self and living more intentionally. If you're unsure, book a connection call, and we can explore if it's the right fit.
How is Transformational Coaching different from traditional coaching?
Unlike traditional coaching, which focuses on goal-setting, Transformational Coaching goes beyond surface-level changes. We don’t just ask what you want—we explore why. Are your desires coming from your true, spirit-led self, or from old conditioning and limiting beliefs? Through this deep process, you may even realize what you thought you wanted isn't aligned with who you’re becoming. Transformation isn’t linear—it can feel messy and uncertain. I’m here to guide you through this profound journey of self-restructuring.
What can I expect from the coaching sessions?
There is no specific way a deep coaching session will look—it varies from person to person and often from session to session. Part of the work for both me as the coach and you as the client is to release expectations, as they can get in the way of the transformational process. However, each session will begin with a few moments of grounding (similar to a short guided meditation), then move into exploration—whether it’s a challenge you’re facing, a deep reflection, or something subconscious arising in the moment. I will ask questions, prompt you to reflect, and use sacred silence to create a space that is divinely guided. You may leave the session with new, powerful, self-led insights, a complete shift in your being, or even more questions—this is very normal in the transformational journey, and we will continue working through it together.
What kinds of challenges can be explored in coaching?
Anything that is calling you deeper—limiting beliefs, fears, career transitions, spiritual growth, or simply a sense that life isn’t working the way it is now. Many people come with an intuitive knowing that this work is for them, even if they can't articulate why. If you feel drawn to break free from mental limitations and live more from the heart—with greater peace, joy, and trust—this coaching is an aligned journey for you
You mention transformation can feel uncertain. Can you expand on that?
Transformation is the process of unlearning everything you thought you were. It’s a restructuring of how you see yourself and the world. Often, what once felt solid begins to crumble, leaving you in the space between the “no longer” and the “not yet.” This can feel disorienting, but it’s a necessary part of stepping into your truest self. If our coaching always felt comfortable, we wouldn’t be breaking through old patterns. This journey requires deep trust and a willingness to sit in uncertainty. But don’t worry if that feels unfamiliar—cultivating trust and embracing the unknown is part of the work we do together. In time, you’ll gain a new perspective, and you’ll find you wouldn’t trade that uncertainty for anything.
How will I know if I’m making progress?
You may notice shifts in your thoughts, energy, relationships, and overall well-being. Clarity, peace, and empowerment often emerge—but there may also be periods of discomfort where it feels like you're moving backwards. This is completely normal and often where the deepest transformation happens.
Can I receive support between sessions?
Yes! I offer integration support through WhatsApp, so you can share insights, ask questions, or receive guidance between sessions.
What if I don’t know what my goals are yet?
You don’t need to. My coaching is divinely led, meaning we trust what arises in our sessions is exactly what’s meant to be explored. Often, subconscious patterns surface that we weren’t even aware of. Your goals may evolve as we work together, and part of this process is releasing expectations and allowing the deeper truth to emerge.
How do I get started?
We begin with a connection call to ensure we're the right fit. In this call, I'll answer your questions and help you choose the best package for your journey.

Meditation
How do I know if meditation is right for me?
Meditation is a beneficial practice for most people, offering a wide range of positive effects. I often recommend it to my clients when they feel ready. Because meditation is so adaptable, we can work together to find a style that best suits your needs and complements your life.
What type of meditation do you teach?
The type of meditation we practice depends on your unique goals and needs. Some of the styles I’ve worked with include present moment awareness, breath-focused meditation, mantra, manifestation, walking meditation, guided meditation, and loving-kindness (Metta). We can also explore energy-based practices such as chakra meditation and connecting with the universe, among others.
My mind wanders a lot during meditation. Does this mean the practice is not for me?
It's a common misconception that a wandering mind means you're doing meditation "wrong." It's completely normal for the mind to wander — even for experienced meditators! The practice isn't about shutting off the mind; rather, it's about gently guiding our focus back to the object of meditation whenever our thoughts drift. With time, this process becomes more natural. I go through all of this in our time together.
Do You help people establish a meditation practice they can do on their own?
Yes! I offer meditation coaching as a service. Reach out for more information!

Can yoga help with stress relief?
Yes! Yoga is an excellent practice for reducing stress. By incorporating deep breathing, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques, yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing the body's stress response.
I’m interested in yoga philosophy and the practice beyond movement. Do you incorporate this into your sessions?
Yes! yoga goes far beyond asana (movement), and I often incorporate other elements into my sessions. If you're interested, we can explore mantra, meditation, chanting, yogic philosophy, energetic aspects of yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and more. Just let me know!
