How do I book a session?
You can book a session directly through the contact form on my website or by contacting me via email (liv@livwellnessco.com). I also offer free connection calls to help you decide what type of session will fit you best.

I'm not sure what service is best for me. What do you suggest?

Transformational Coaching is my core offering, as it provides the deepest level of support and transformation. If you're unsure where to begin, coaching is always a great choice since each session is uniquely shaped around your needs. However, if you're still uncertain, let's connect on a call to find the best path for you!

Can I combine multiple services in one session?
While each session focuses on a specific modality, I often integrate complementary practices like guided meditation, breathwork, or sound healing as needed. Let me know your goals, and we can create a session tailored to your needs.

Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple sessions?
Yes! I offer discounted 5 session packages for many services. These packages are ideal for those looking to experience deeper, sustained healing over time.

Can I combine different modalities within one package?
Yes, absolutely! I do this with many of my clients to create a personalized experience. Some limitations apply—contact me for details.

Are your services available online?
Yes! Many of my services, such as Transformational Coaching, Distance Reiki, and guided meditation sessions, are available virtually. These sessions are just as effective as in-person experiences, while some are exclusively online as I find the online setting to be extremely effective for certain modalities.

How should I prepare for a session?
Preparation varies by service. Generally, it’s best to wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals or stimulants, and come with an open mind. Detailed preparation tips are provided upon booking.

Can beginners participate in your sessions?
Absolutely! My services are suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to healing practices or experienced. I guide you through the process step-by-step to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

How do you accept payment?

If we are working together online I will send you a payment link. In-person sessions can be paid for through credit or debit (no Amex) with my Square machine.

Deep Transformational Coaching

How do I know if Transformational Coaching is right for me?

If you feel called to dive deeper into personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, this coaching may be for you. Whether you're at a crossroads, sensing a need for change, seeking purpose, or craving a deep spiritual shift, this journey provides the tools and support to guide you. It’s about aligning with your true self and living more intentionally. If you're unsure, book a connection call, and we can explore if it's the right fit.

How is Transformational Coaching different from traditional coaching?

Unlike traditional coaching, which focuses on goal-setting, Transformational Coaching goes beyond surface-level changes. We don’t just ask what you want—we explore why. Are your desires coming from your true, spirit-led self, or from old conditioning and limiting beliefs? Through this deep process, you may even realize what you thought you wanted isn't aligned with who you’re becoming. Transformation isn’t linear—it can feel messy and uncertain. I’m here to guide you through this profound journey of self-restructuring.

What can I expect from the coaching sessions?

There is no specific way a deep coaching session will look—it varies from person to person and often from session to session. Part of the work for both me as the coach and you as the client is to release expectations, as they can get in the way of the transformational process. However, each session will begin with a few moments of grounding (similar to a short guided meditation), then move into exploration—whether it’s a challenge you’re facing, a deep reflection, or something subconscious arising in the moment. I will ask questions, prompt you to reflect, and use sacred silence to create a space that is divinely guided. You may leave the session with new, powerful, self-led insights, a complete shift in your being, or even more questions—this is very normal in the transformational journey, and we will continue working through it together.

What kinds of challenges can be explored in coaching?

Anything that is calling you deeper—limiting beliefs, fears, career transitions, spiritual growth, or simply a sense that life isn’t working the way it is now. Many people come with an intuitive knowing that this work is for them, even if they can't articulate why. If you feel drawn to break free from mental limitations and live more from the heart—with greater peace, joy, and trust—this coaching is an aligned journey for you

You mention transformation can feel uncertain. Can you expand on that?

Transformation is the process of unlearning everything you thought you were. It’s a restructuring of how you see yourself and the world. Often, what once felt solid begins to crumble, leaving you in the space between the “no longer” and the “not yet.” This can feel disorienting, but it’s a necessary part of stepping into your truest self. If our coaching always felt comfortable, we wouldn’t be breaking through old patterns. This journey requires deep trust and a willingness to sit in uncertainty. But don’t worry if that feels unfamiliar—cultivating trust and embracing the unknown is part of the work we do together. In time, you’ll gain a new perspective, and you’ll find you wouldn’t trade that uncertainty for anything.

How do I choose the right coaching package?

You can start with my 3-session intro package to get a feel for the process. From there, you have two options:

  • Monthly Soul Journey – 2 sessions per month (minimum 3-month commitment)

  • 6-Month Deep Dive – Includes additional healing sessions for a more holistic experience.

The right choice depends on your needs and goals. We can discuss what’s best for you on a connection call.

How will I know if I’m making progress?

You may notice shifts in your thoughts, energy, relationships, and overall well-being. Clarity, peace, and empowerment often emerge—but there may also be periods of discomfort where it feels like you're moving backwards. This is completely normal and often where the deepest transformation happens.

Can I receive support between sessions?

Yes! I offer integration support through WhatsApp, so you can share insights, ask questions, or receive guidance between sessions.

What if I don’t know what my goals are yet?

You don’t need to. My coaching is divinely led, meaning we trust what arises in our sessions is exactly what’s meant to be explored. Often, subconscious patterns surface that we weren’t even aware of. Your goals may evolve as we work together, and part of this process is releasing expectations and allowing the deeper truth to emerge.

How do I get started?

We begin with a connection call to ensure we're the right fit. In this call, I'll answer your questions and help you choose the best package for your journey.

Reiki

Are virtual Reiki sessions as effective as in-person ones?

Yes! Reiki transcends time and space, making distance sessions just as impactful. These sessions are conducted via Zoom or without your presence, with a follow-up call to share insights. For more information on distance reiki, don’t hesitate to reach out or book a connection call.

How should I prepare for a Reiki session?

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid stimulants like caffeine before the session. I recommend leaving metal items, such as watches and heavy jewelry at home, as they can disrupt the flow of energy. For virtual sessions, find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lay down.

What can I expect during a session?
We’ll begin by reviewing your intake form, and I may ask you to share anything that feels relevant to your session. Together, we’ll set an intention before you relax on the table, and I begin the Reiki session.

What does Reiki feel like?
Sensations vary, but many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or even visualizations. Some feel a gentle wave of energy, while others fall asleep. Each session is unique, and your experience may shift from session to session.

Can Reiki complement other treatments?
Yes, Reiki works alongside medical treatments, therapy, or holistic modalities to enhance overall well-being and to help address the root cause of many conditions.

How do I know if Reiki is right for me?
If you’re open and curious, Reiki can support you. Trust that you’ve found it for a reason, and feel free to reach out with questions or schedule a free connection call.

How many Reiki sessions do I need?

The number of sessions depends on your goals. Some people notice immediate benefits, while others may need multiple sessions to work through deeper or long-standing challenges. If you're new to Reiki, I recommend starting with a 5-session package, scheduling sessions weekly or every 3-4 weeks. This allows you to experience the full benefits of Reiki. From there, we can adjust based on what best supports your healing journey.

What type of Reiki do you practice?

I practice Usui/Holy Fire® Ⅲ Reiki

Talk Energy Healing & Reiki

How does this session work?
The session begins with a discussion about what’s on your mind or what you’d like to focus on. From there, I integrate Reiki and intuitive insights to help shift energetic blockages and support your healing journey.

What can I expect to feel during a Talk Energy Healing session?
Some people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during the Reiki portion. The conversation can bring clarity, emotional release, or a sense of empowerment. Each session is unique to the individual and their goals.

How do I know if Talk Energy Healing is right for me?
If you’re seeking clarity, support, or a combination of energy work and talk-based healing, this could be a great fit. It’s especially helpful for those navigating emotional or energetic challenges.

Can Talk Energy Healing be done virtually?
Yes, these sessions are just as effective virtually as in person. The conversation happens via Zoom, and Reiki energy transcends time and space, ensuring the healing is impactful no matter where you are.

How should I prepare for this session?

Take a moment to reflect on any challenges or intentions you'd like to explore. Wear comfortable clothing and if the session is virtual, choose a quiet, distraction-free space. If you don’t have anything specific you would like to explore but feel drawn to the session, that’s perfectly okay! Often, subconscious thoughts and emotions surface—things that may have been weighing on you without realizing it. In these sessions, we trust that whatever comes up is exactly what is needed.

What’s the difference between this and a Reiki session?

The main difference is that Talk Energy Healing involves more conversation. While Reiki sessions focus primarily on deep relaxation, stress relief, and energy balancing, Talk Energy Healing allows for more dialogue to explore, process, and move through specific challenges. You’ll still receive the benefits of Reiki, but with a greater emphasis on guided reflection and insight.

What’s the difference between Talk Energy Healing & Transformational Coaching?

Talk Energy Healing blends conversation and Reiki to support energetic alignment and insight. While it may include coaching-like elements, the focus is on energy work, with more space for silence and integration. Transformational Coaching is a deeper, long-term process that helps you restructure your sense of self and expand your consciousness. While I incorporate energy-based practices in coaching, sessions involve more dialogue and exploration.

Meditation is a beneficial practice for most people, offering a wide range of positive effects. I often recommend it to my clients when they feel ready. Because meditation is so adaptable, we can work together to find a style that best suits your needs and complements your life.

Are the sessions conducted virtually or in person?
All 1:1 meditation sessions are held virtually. For group sessions, I offer both virtual and in-person options.

What type of meditation do you teach?

The type of meditation we practice depends on your unique goals and needs. Some of the styles I’ve worked with include present moment awareness, breath-focused meditation, mantra, manifestation, walking meditation, guided meditation, and loving-kindness (Metta). We can also explore energy-based practices such as chakra meditation and connecting with the universe, among others.

My mind wanders a lot during meditation. Does this mean the practice is not for me?

It's a common misconception that a wandering mind means you're doing meditation "wrong." It's completely normal for the mind to wander — even for experienced meditators! The practice isn't about shutting off the mind; rather, it's about gently guiding our focus back to the object of meditation whenever our thoughts drift. With time, this process becomes more natural. I go through all of this in our time together.

I worry I won’t be able to stay accountable in a meditation practice.

This is a common concern for new meditators, and it's something we address during our time together. I’ve created a supportive structure to ensure you have the guidance and resources needed to build and sustain a successful meditation practice. You won’t be alone in this process!

Yoga

Are your yoga sessions suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! My yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing for years, I provide guidance and adjustments to ensure you feel supported and comfortable throughout your practice.

Can I combine yoga with other services?
Yes! Yoga can be combined with other modalities like Reiki, breathwork, or sound healing to deepen the healing experience. Let me know your intentions for the session, and we can tailor it to your needs.

Can yoga help with stress relief?
Yes! Yoga is an excellent practice for reducing stress. By incorporating deep breathing, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques, yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing the body's stress response.

How do I know which type of yoga session is right for me?
For yoga, I almost always have people book a free consultation call to discuss their goals and intentions. This way, I know how to prepare the session for you. Based on what you’re looking for, I can recommend the best type of session to suit your needs.

I’m interested in yoga philosophy and the practice beyond movement. Do you incorporate this into your sessions?

Yes! yoga goes far beyond asana (movement), and I often incorporate other elements into my sessions. If you're interested, we can explore mantra, meditation, chanting, yogic philosophy, energetic aspects of yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and more. Just let me know! I meet you where your practice is at, so whether you're new to these aspects or more experienced, we can tailor the session to fit your needs.

Restorative Yoga & Reiki

What can I expect during a Restorative Yoga and Reiki session?
You can expect a deeply relaxing experience. We'll start with gentle, restorative yoga poses that are supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. As you relax into the postures, I start channelling Reiki energy, helping you release tension and stress. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep peace throughout the session.

How does Restorative Yoga and Reiki differ from a regular Reiki session?
In a Restorative Yoga and Reiki session, the focus is on relaxation through gentle, supported yoga poses. While you will be receiving Reiki energy throughout the session, I will not have my hands on you the entire time. In a regular Reiki session, the approach is more hands-on, with a focus on chakra alignment, energy clearing, and overall energy healing. The primary intention in a Restorative Yoga and Reiki session is to deeply relax the nervous system and promote a sense of calm.

Can I combine Restorative Yoga and Reiki with other sessions or services?
Yes! I often incorporate breathwork, meditation, and sound healing into Restorative Yoga and Reiki sessions. If there’s a specific area you'd like to focus on or spend more time with, feel free to let me know before our session.

Who is Restorative Yoga and Reiki suitable for?
Restorative Yoga and Reiki is suitable for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice. It’s especially beneficial for those who are looking to release stress, reconnect with their body, or experience a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

How should I prepare for a Restorative Yoga and Reiki session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing & bring layers to keep yourself warm. If you're attending a virtual session, ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down. I will be in touch with what props you will need. (ie. cushions, blankets, etc.)

Do I need prior experience in yoga to benefit from Restorative Yoga and Reiki?
No prior experience in yoga is necessary! It's a wonderful practice for beginners as the poses are very gentle. We only move through 2-4 poses in our time together leaving lots of room for deep rest.
