General 1:1 session rate: $144 per session (including hst). Discounts available for packages.

Sliding Scale Pricing
Because of the transformational nature of my work, I understand that clients may experience shifts in their financial circumstances—sometimes choosing to leave a job, reduce work hours, or pursue a simpler way of living. If you feel deeply called to this work but finances are currently a barrier, I offer a sliding scale for 1:1 sessions based on an honour system. Rates begin at $90 and go up to the full session rate (HST included). This offering is here to support those who are committed to their transformation but are currently unable to pay the full amount.
This is a dynamic offering—if you’re able to pay full rate, I kindly ask that you do so as a balanced energy exchange. If, for example, you’ve been working with me and your financial situation changes (e.g., you’ve left your job), we can shift to a sliding scale. When things shift again and you’re in a position to contribute more, we’ll return to the full rate.
If you need sliding scale support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I welcome open, honest conversations about what’s possible. Know that the quality of service remains the same, regardless of the rate you pay.
Please note: This sliding scale is offered as part of my commitment to accessibility and soul-aligned service. It may evolve over time, and I may limit the number of spots available to ensure I can continue showing up with full presence and energy. Thank you for your understanding.

A Few Boundaries I Hold Around Sliding Scale:
Sliding scale is reserved for ongoing clients
I generally do not offer sliding scale for one-off sessions unless we’ve been working together for some time. This is because transformation happens over time, and takes more than just 1 session. This offering is intended for those committed to the journey while keeping it energetically aligned for both of us.
It’s based on need, not preference
This offering is not meant to free up your budget for other lifestyle spending (e.g., concerts or luxury expenses). Its purpose is to create energetic alignment — so that if you're not earning a high income, you don’t have to stretch beyond your means to access this work. Instead, you’re invited to contribute an amount that feels aligned with what you’re currently earning. The intention is that those who can afford to pay the full rate will do so, while those for whom it would be a financial stretch can access a lower rate.
Please reflect honestly on your finances
Many of us operate from a scarcity mindset and say we "can’t afford it," when in truth, we’re just allocating funds elsewhere. I’ve been there too—I once told myself I couldn’t afford a professional membership, only to later realize I was spending that same amount monthly on Uber Eats. I encourage you to look at where your money is going. If there’s a way to redirect some of it toward your healing and growth, it will serve you deeply in the long run.
Continue to reassess
If we’re working together long-term, I ask that you continue to check in with your financial situation. If your circumstances improve and you’re able to contribute closer to the full amount, let’s adjust the energy exchange accordingly. It keeps the relationship clean and in integrity for both of us.
