Yoga & Mindful Movement

My yoga sessions are designed to deepen your mind-body connection, calm the nervous system, and help you cultivate a profound sense of embodiment. I specialize in using yoga as a healing practice, creating a space for you to nurture inner peace and resilience. Depending on your unique needs, sessions may include dynamic Vinyasa or Hatha, gentle Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, or a blend incorporating intuitive movement and somatic practices. 

I offer 1:1 private sessions, group classes, or special events, with both in-person and virtual options. Beginners are always welcome! I will meet you where you’re at.
